These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services at The Quality Computer Education Center. By accessing our courses, facilities, or website, you agree to follow the terms below:

📘 1. Course Enrollment

• Admission is confirmed only after full or partial payment of course fees.
• All students must provide accurate personal and educational information during registration.
• Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

💳 2. Fee Policy

• Once paid, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Installment payment options are available only for selected courses.
• Students must pay their remaining dues on time to continue attending classes.

🎓 3. Certification

• Certificates (e.g., RS-CIT, Tally, Graphic Design) are awarded only upon full attendance, assignment completion, and passing final assessments.
• RS-CIT certification is subject to final examination by VMOU (Kota University).

🧑‍🏫 4. Class Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline inside the institute and follow the instructions of staff and faculty.
• Any form of misbehavior, damage to property, or misuse of equipment may lead to termination without refund.
• Use of mobile phones is restricted during class hours.

🔐 5. Safety & Monitoring

• All classrooms and labs are monitored through CCTV cameras for safety and discipline.
• Personal computer cabins are provided to encourage focused study.

📷 6. Media & Promotion

• The institute may use photos/videos taken during classes or events for educational or promotional purposes on websites and social media.
• If a student does not want their image used, they must inform the management in writing in advance.

🖥 7. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse the website, attempt hacking, or collect data from other users.
• We may update the website or its content without prior notice.

⚖ 8. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes, if any, will be subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction only.
